Returns and exchanges
Every piece is one of a kind and second hand. That is why I describe it in as much detail as I can, with real measurements and every sign of wear — and why this policy is short and clear.
If the piece is not the one you saw
If the piece does not match its listing when you open the parcel — damage that was not described, measurements that do not add up, or a well-founded doubt about authenticity — you get a full return. Write to me within 14 days of delivery, with photos, and I refund the piece and the shipping as soon as it reaches me.
If it does not fit the way you hoped
Because these are one-off second hand pieces, I do not accept returns for a change of mind or for size. That is exactly why every listing carries the real measurements in centimetres: compare them with something from your own wardrobe before buying. And if you have any doubt about the fit, write to me first — I am happy to help.
How to return a piece
Write to hello@almaimage.ch with the reference of the piece (it appears on its listing and in your confirmation email) and photos of what you found. I reply with the shipping instructions. The piece must come back unworn and in the same condition it left in.
The refund
It goes back through the same payment method, within 5 to 10 working days from the moment the piece arrives and I have checked it.
If you pick up in Zurich
You can see and try the piece at handover. If it is not what you expected, there is no purchase and nothing to return.
If the parcel arrives damaged
Take a photo before opening it and another of the contents, and write to me the same day. Every shipment is insured and we will sort it out.
