The pieces
The shop sells selected second-hand pieces – each one unique. I describe every piece as precisely as I can, with brand, size, real measurements in centimetres, condition and any visible signs of wear. The photos show the actual piece; colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.
How a purchase is made
Clicking «Buy» takes you to Stripe’s payment page. Before paying you see the pieces, the price, the delivery option and the total, and you can check and correct everything or cancel. While you pay, the piece is reserved for you for a short time. The contract of sale is concluded when the payment succeeds; you receive the confirmation by email straight away.
Prices and offers
All prices are final prices in Swiss francs (CHF); shipping costs are shown before you pay. You can make a price offer on any piece. If I accept it, you receive a personal purchase link valid for 72 hours. An offer only becomes a purchase once you pay through that link.
Payment
Payment is made in advance by card or TWINT through Stripe.
Shipping and pick-up
I ship within Switzerland only, with Swiss Post, insured. Shipping costs CHF 9 and is free for orders from CHF 150; delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days after payment. In Zurich you can also pick up your piece in person, free of charge, by arrangement.
Returns
If a piece does not match its description, I take it back and refund the price and shipping – the details are on the Returns and exchanges page. Swiss law provides no general right of withdrawal for online purchases, so returns for a change of mind or size are excluded for these unique pieces.
Warranty
The pieces are second-hand. Signs of wear and flaws mentioned in the description or visible in the photos are part of the agreed condition and are not defects. For any other defect, the statutory warranty applies (Art. 197 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations). Please check the piece when you receive it and tell me about a defect within 14 days; a defect that only shows later, as soon as you discover it. As a rule I resolve this by taking the piece back and refunding it in full as described on the Returns and exchanges page; your statutory rights remain reserved. Because the pieces are second-hand, warranty claims expire one year after delivery (Art. 210 para. 4 of the Swiss Code of Obligations).
Authenticity
I check every piece for condition and authenticity before it goes on sale. If there is a well-founded doubt about a piece’s authenticity, I take it back in full.
Liability
I am liable in accordance with the law. Liability for slight negligence is excluded as far as the law allows; this does not apply to the warranty or to personal injury.
Privacy
How I handle your data is explained in the Privacy.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The statutory places of jurisdiction apply to disputes: as a consumer you can bring a claim at the court of your place of residence or of my place of residence (Art. 32 Swiss Civil Procedure Code).
